About Dr. Andrew Johnson
Born in Oelwein, Iowa, Dr. Johnson attended Ellsworth College for two years of premed. He graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic with DC and BS Degrees in 1974. He has had extensive post graduate work in allergy elimination with the BioSet procedures. Nutrition has been a major interest for many years, with many postgraduate studies over his 32 years of practice. He studied with Dr. Diana Schwarzbein, MD in 2006 in Diet and Functional Medicine. And most recently studied with Dr. Ulan of New York, a new approach to nutritional response testing. Additional hours of study include training in stress reduction techniques, low back injury, rehab, personal injury management, non surgical facial rejuvenation and low level light therapy (cold laser).
Dr. Johnson first practiced in Montrose, Colorado from 1975 to 1983. He then moved to Denver, practicing for nine years. After which he moved back to the Midwest. He has one daughter, 16, who is talented in the Visual Arts
Dr. Johnson is dedicated to restoring normal motion and alignment to the spinal column and extremities, eliminating pain and providing a high level of health function. Through spinal manipulation and therapies, he utilizes both mechanical as well as hand correction of the spine to provide the patient with the best, most comfortable treatment. Rehab further accelerates healing and stabilization and nutrition restores the body to normal by fulfilling the deficiencies and eliminating the toxins that build up from environmental stresses
